4 kids

This past week, I've had the chance to experience how it's like to have 4 kids. Yes. FOUR! My little 9-month-old nephew is here in our house this week, together with my mother, as my hubby is overseas. This is the fourth week that he's been overseas, by the way.

Anyway, how is it like to have 4 kids together in the same house? Only one word. Tiring! Alright, maybe two words. Tiring, crazy, chaotic! Ok, that's 3 words! You get the idea!

What's more tiring for us is that my nephew and Ellicia are only 2 months apart in age. That's like looking after a pair of twins. When one is sleeping, the other wakes up. When the other falls asleep, the first wakes up again. My mum was so tired these few days that she knocked out at 9.30pm last night. First time in many years! LOL!

To those of you who have 4 kids or more, I have only one thing to say to you:

I Salute You!!!

And in case you're wondering, are we planning for number 4?

No way!

Have a great weekend, everyone!
I'm off now to go rescue my mum...

LOL - certainly most would not be having quadruplets or twins when they have 4 kids, or even have them so close in age.

My first thought when I saw your the title of your post was you were expecting number 4! Haha ...

Can't imagine having 4 kids and to think I ever wanted 4 (that was way before I had kids). Now I know better!!

Joce,

LOL! Oops... the title is kinda misleading! Haha. I can't imagine having 4 too.

3 is already a handful, and we've always wanted to have 3.

Yeah - but we certainly don't have 4 kids in that age range as in your blog post situation! THat would be a nightmare!
